In july 2016 We worked on an exciting new project with Barclaycard to help celebrate 50 years of Barclaycard and its association with music! Introducing… The Barclaycard Great British Music Showdown!

Partnering with Buzzfeed, Barclaycard quizzed the nation to discover the UK’s musical make-up, which presented individuals with an animated avatar, or a “Dancebot” which represented their musical DNA.

Over 300,000 DanceBots were created, driving over 1million people to the Great British Music Showdown website.

Carver PR was responsible for over 20 high profile celebrities creating and sharing their DanceBots, including Melanie C, Alan Carr, Vernon Kay, Stephen Mulhern, Kelly Hoppen and Sara Cox, reaching over 20million Twitter followers.  

We were responsible for high profile press coverage, including The Sun Bizarre header being re-designed to include the journalist's DanceBots. 

For 3 weeks this summer, Dancebots was the craze to be part of... and we are so proud to have been at the heart of it.
